Project Overview
CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice is a premium bubble tea brand with a presence in 20 locations across New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts, and over 4500 stores globally. Established in New York in the Winter of 2011, the brand quickly expanded to 21 locations in the region over the following 8 years.
My Contributions
The brief is to create an app that recognizes the importance of a strong digital presence and enhances the customers' experience. The app should allow customers to earn cashback and rewards based on their loyalty rank, and provide a convenient way for customers to pay for their orders online.
Brand Audit: Analyze CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice's existing brand identity, including messaging, logos, and visual elements.

Market Research: Investigate competitor apps and the bubble tea market landscape to identify trends and target audience preferences.

User Experience Flow Chart: Create visual diagrams outlining the user journey for key tasks, focusing on user needs and brand goals.

Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes and high-resolution mockups for all app screens, informed by user research, brand identity, and market insights.

App Functionality Specifications: Detail all app features, including loyalty program tiers, payment integrations, and order tracking capabilities.
